PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for dividing and packing a paper cylinder seedling group capable of readily dividing a paper tube seedling group into blocks of fixed size and simply packing these blocks into any of transportation seedling boxes previously piled in multi-stage. SOLUTION: This apparatus liftably mounts a dividing and packing unit B capable of dividing a paper tube seedling group into a plurality of blocks P1 and P2 and simultaneously packing these blocks P1 and P2 into transportation seedling boxes 9 on the front of a standing guide frame 8 and is equipped with a lifting and lowering drive part A capable of driving and lifting and lowering the dividing and packing unit B corresponding to the height of the transportation seedling boxes 9 piled in a multi-stage. The apparatus is provided with an operation part C for making an operation lever 75 extended to the rear side of the standing guide frame 8 operate the dividing and packing unit B and the lifting and lowering drive part A.
