摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily sterilize a part to be measured while keeping safety without complexing a mechanical structure by providing a judging means for judging whether or not a sterilizing light source is operated based on information of a detecting means detecting the reflection light of a luminous flux which is projected from a measuring part. SOLUTION: A light is emitted from an XY alignment light source 21, an XY alignment index light is guided to the plane reflecting part 93 of a protecting cap 91, a reflecting light is guided to an objective lens 16 after passing through a nozzle 12, a chamber window glass 14 and a half mirror 15, it is reflected on the half mirror 17 while converging and guided to a sensor 52 with a pin hole plate 51 and a detecting signal is inputted to the judging means of a cornea deformation detecting means 50. When the reflecting light with a light quantity being more than a prescribed value is made incident to the sensor 52, the detecting signal being more than the prescribed value is outputted the judging means judges that an output is more than the prescribed value and turns on a sterilizing beam light source 31, irradiation is strongly emitted to the insides and outsides of the chamber window glass 14, a front eye part window glass 13 and the nozzle 12 and an optical member is sterilized.
