PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate advantageous in economy having excellent adhesive properties with a base material and heat sealability, low odor and little number of producing steps. SOLUTION: The laminate is obtained by laminating a resin composition layer made of a resin composition containing an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer resin, an ethylene resin, an adhesive imparting resin and/or a wax component on a base material layer not anchor coated in such a manner that an adhesive strength is 300 g/15 mm width or more.
