PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the coherence by specifying a recessed part of a nozzle surface to be formed in the peripheral edge of a nozzle hole in case of chipping the peripheral edge of the nozzle hole at an inlet side and in case of eliminating the chipping of the peripheral edge of the hole with ultrasonic machining. SOLUTION: A nozzle main body 1 is formed of a mono-crystal diamond nozzle 2 and a metal sintered body 3 for reinforcing the nozzle 2, and fixed by fastening a nozzle cap 11 and a nozzle cylinder to each other with a screw. At the time of manufacturing the nozzle, an outer peripheral edge of an inlet side hole of the nozzle 2 is formed with the fine chipping, and dimension of this chipping gives fine influence to the coherence, and in the case of chipping at 1μm or less, excellent coherence is obtained independently of shape of the hole, and in the case where a chipping having a dimension at 1μm or more is generated, coherence is diffused for dispersion. Perfect coherence can be obtained in the only case where width (a) of the recessed part generated in the periphery of the nozzle hole in an inlet side surface of the nozzle by the ultrasonic machining with metal wire is formed at 25-100μm and depth (b) is formed at 0.3-1.5μm.
