GROUTING METHOD COMBINED WITH VACUUMIZING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grouting method preventing air accumulation and combined with a vacuumizing method capable of putting the grouting method into practice with certainty. SOLUTION: When a steel plate made base plate 13 fitted under an elastic body 10 available as a buffer is bolted to a fitting part 30 on the ground side base, a grout material 5 as well as a shim plate 15 is intervened between the fitting part 30 and the base plate 13. This grout construction is to first enclose the grout material 5 filling area with a frame body 6 in an airtight condition. The frame body 6 is connected with a suction pump 7 for sucking air and also with a filling pump 8 for filling the grout material 5 in the opposite position to a suction opening 67. Air inside the frame body 6 is then discharged by the suction pump 7 and the grout material 5 is filled by the filling pump 8. The outside of the frame body 6 is covered with a soft seal material 65 to enhance airtightness.
