PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the noise in operations for anchoring and housing the anchor with a simple structure by providing a soft member on at least the inside bottom chord part of a bell mouth constituting an anchoring part. SOLUTION: On at least the inside bottom chord part of a bell mouth 2 constituting an anchoring part, a soft member 4-b is provided. For example, a layer consisting of the soft member 4-b may be provided on only the inside bottom chord part of the surface of the bell mouth 2 or extending over the whole circumference thereof, or the inside bottom chord part or inside whole circumference of the bell mouth 2 may be cut out to fit the soft member 4-b to the cutout part. As the material of the soft member 4-b, any material resistant to the pressure and friction by an anchor chain 3 to some degree can be used without particular limitation. According to this, the friction sound of the anchor chain 3 with the bell mouth 2 or the hammering sound by the intermittent contact of an anchor ring can be reduced in operations for anchoring or housing the anchor.
