PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sheet-like article from being easily dropped by providing a movable member, forming a peripheral edge of the member in an arc-like state, arranging the arc-like part so as to be brought into contact with a fixing member to provide an urging means, and holding a material to be held at a point brought into contact with the member for use. SOLUTION: A movable member 4 is provided oscillatorily at a first fulcrum 6 provided at a support member 3 fixed to a fixing member 2 as a center. A peripheral edge 4a of the member 4 is formed in an arc-like state so that a distance from the fulcrum 6 is gradually increased toward upward, and brought into contact with the member 2 via a sheet 10. A gap 3a for specifying a thickness of a sheet to be inserted between the member 2 and the member 3 is provided therebetween, and a spring 8 for urging the member 4 in a direction for bringing the edge 4a of the member 4 into contact with the member 2 is provided in the member 3. Thus, even if a weight of a sheet-like article to be inserted becomes heavy, it can prevent the article from being dropped.
