PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a highly water-repellent laminated product in which the laminate strength between a base sheet and a woven fabric is high, the good material originality is not spoiled and strong water repellency is maintained semi-permanently even when a laminate is used for the purpose of bringing the laminate into contact with water or being cleaned by water and provide a manufacturing method for the highly water-repellent laminated product. SOLUTION: A strong water-repellent laminated product having a structure in which a highly water-repellent woven fabric 2 is processed to give high water repellency in the step of threads on one face of a base sheet 1 and then formed into a woven fabric. It is preferable to carry out the high water repellency process by using a water-repellent agent containing a composition composed of fluoroplastic-containing resin and a crosslinking agent.
