PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate carrying and housing by providing a panel and a single or a plurality of bases for supporting the panel, forming a slit on the base, and fitting, nipping or screwing the panel to the slit. SOLUTION: A base 1 is provided with a slit 2, and a panel 3 of a transparent material or opaque material such as glass or synthetic resin is fitted to the slit 2 of the base 1. Further, when the panel 3 is large or heavy, a single or a plurality of screw holes 11 are bored in the base 1 in addition to the slit 2, and a nipping tool 12 having a protruding male screw 13 is screwed to the screw hole 11, whereby the panel 3 is nipped by a pair of nipping tools 12 within the slit 2. Accordingly, a partition used for a screen or partition to be provided for control or guide of a number of visitors can be formed.
