PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate immersion from the mutual connection parts of an outer wall and display excellent waterproofness by providing a seal material continuing on an upper tongue root end lower side in two mutually adjacent sides. SOLUTION: A lower tongue 2 is formed on the upper side 12 of an outer wall plate 1, and a lower tongue 3 is formed on a right side 13. In addition, an upper tongue 4 is formed on a left side 14 to form a vertical face 42 on the root end lower side, and an upper tongue 5 is formed on a lower side 15 to protrude an interior tongue 53 from the root end lower side. A seal material 6 is provided on the edge face 54 of the interior tongue 53 in the upper tongue 5 of the lower side 15 and the vertical face 42 of the root end lower side of the upper tongue 4 of the left side 14. As the result, the four sides 12, 13, 14, 15 of each outer wall plate 1 are continuously sealed on whole the area by a seal material 6, and water does not enter from the mutual connection parts of the outer wall plate 1.
