PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building corner post material capable of being manufactured at a low cost and, at the same time, having a good appearance and making a good show. SOLUTION: A building corner post material is equipped with a first fitting section 15 fitting the end 7a of one walling 7 of both d 7 and 8 at right angles to each other thereto by making roll molding work of a metal plate M and a second fitting section 16 fitting the end 8a of the other walling 8 thereto. A double layer formed section having both inside and outside flanges 17, 18, 19 and 20 oppositely projected from both ends of inlets of the fitting sections 15 and 16 is formed in them.
