PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic fender which is capable of changing only a fender body at a low cost since a fitting and fixing plate and a shock bearing plate fitting plate can be diverted, and easily effecting a restoration work at site. SOLUTION: A fender body 14 is formed to be hollow and cylindrical by successively laminating an inner layer rubber 1, at least one reinforcement layer 2 (a reinforced cord layer), and an outer layer rubber 3, and an end part of the fender body 14 is returned to form a bead part. A holding fitting 11a of L-shaped section to surround the bead part from its inner side, and a holding fitting 11b of triangular section to press the bead part from its outer side are provided on an inner peripheral edge part of a fitting and fixing plate 5 for fixing to a wharf. The bead parts provided on both end parts of the fender body 14 are held in an attachable/detachable and airtight manner by the holding fittings 11a, 11b provided on the fitting and fixing plate 5 and a shock bearing plate fitting plate.
