PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To depress the occurrence of defective commodities and excess stock and to uniform daily transport quantity so that planned transport quantity may be relaxed in the planned value as the planned transport date is kept away in time in a transport plant preparation system applied to transport commodities from a shipping depot to a destination upon request for supplying the commodities. SOLUTION: A transport quantity calculating module 8 for every shipping depot and for every date develops the supplying quantity of commodities on a supplying quantity table 50 for every commodity and calculates transport quantity for every shipping depot and for every date. A transport quantity uniforming module 11 for every shipping depot refers to the supplying quantity table 50 for every commodity and a transport capacity table 40 for every shipping depot. Front-loading is done by counting dates having the transport quantity of all the commodities exceeding the standard quantity applied from the final date of transport plan duration until the next date from the final date in that order; regarding the associated transport quantity as the transport quantity for the previous date. Back-loading is done by finding the presence of dates having the transport quantity exceeding the upper limit applied from the first date of the transport plan duration until the previous date of the final date in that order; if any, regarding the associated transport quantity as the transport quantity for the next date.
