<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle a milk pack which is formed of a paper waste containing polyethylene which is an industrial waste by recycling a raw paper material in which old waste paper is added to a milk pack, separating the mixture into a raw paper material for recycling and the paper waste containing polyethylene, pulverizing the paper waste into pieces, and molding the pulverized paper waste. SOLUTION: A raw paper material 1 in which a waste paper is added to a recovered milk pack is charged into a pulper 2, and steamed at low temperature to decompose it into fibrous pulp. A caustic soda, etc., is added thereto to peel a laminate-coated polyethylene, and the pulp is separated into a pulp A as a raw paper material for recycling and a paper waste B containing polyethylene. The pulp A is recycled into a toilet roll, etc. The paper waste B is pulverized into pieces by a pulverizer 3, foreign matters such as refuse and hardware are removed in a feed conditioner 4 to regulate the temperature, and the paper waste is formed into a specified plate shape by a primary molding machine 5. The formed paper is molded into a packaging tray 10 of a specified shape by a heating and forming machine 7, and bound and packed for storage and shipping.</p> |
