PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety fence device reducing conveyance labor of a maintenance worker by a simple means. SOLUTION: This safety fence device is constructed by arranging a single wheel 8 in the lower corner part of either of plurality of frame bodies 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 with the wheel 8 surface protruded outward beyond the lower corner part and arranging a cleaning body 10 cleaning the surface of the wheel 8.
