PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen allowance of sheets which can be carried and to make operability excellent by providing a first carrier path having a curved part for guiding sheets and a substantially straight second carrier path and providing a resist roller and a resist shutter correcting the attitudes of sheets on each of the carrier paths. SOLUTION: A device main body has carrier paths 4 and 5 for supplying sheets S to an image forming part 7 and a discharging means 6 for recorded sheets S. The first carrier path 4 for thin paper, films and the like is provided with feeding roller units 27, 28 to be hand supply means on the downstream of a front surface feeding port 26. On the downstream, a resist roller 30 aligning tips of the sheets S and carrying the sheets S and driven roller 31 thereof are provided. On the substantially straight second carrier path 5 for feeding a recording medium such as cardboard and a plate having rigidity, feeding roller units 41, 42 are provided on the downstream of a back face feeding port 40. On the downstream, a resist shutter 43 which is orthogonally crossed with a carrier direction and aligns the tips of the sheets S is provided.
