PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply engage and disengage with and from a work and to easily receive a work load acting in a reversing operation. SOLUTION: The tips of rods 6 vertically provided on the lower end of an arcutate arm 1 with the center of gravity of a work W as center are penetrated into bolt holes at the lower end of the work W, the arm 1 is pulled up by slightly displacing it in the separating direction from the work W. This engages the engaging project 8 at the tip of a hook plate 7 with the hook part (b) of the work W and simply couples and integrates the arm 1 to and with the work W. In a reversing operation, longitudinal tensile force by the hook plate 7 easily supports the work W.
