TRANSFERRING METHOD FOR CAISSON AT CAISSON MANUFACTURING YARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply easily transfer a caisson by increasing safety by shallowing a transferring groove provided on a boxed base, reducing drilled soil for establishing the groove and installing a caisson manufacturing yard at a place having high underground water level. SOLUTION: A fluid caster is used as a caisson transferring device 3. In a transferring groove 2, a supporting base part 21 is shallow; a lower groove part 22 is deep at a transferring place; the supporting base part 21 is deep; the lower groove part 22 is shallow at a transferred place. The upper part has a supporting base part 21 having a large opening. The lower part has a lower groove part 22 having a small opening. The bottom face of the lower groove part 22 is shallow one consisting of a two-stage groove having the same flat surface level. A caisson bottom-receiving form 4 is integrated with the manufactured caisson 1 to transfer as far as the transferred place. The caisson transferring device 3 is contracted to lower caisson 1 to fix to the transferred plate. The caisson bottom-receiving form 4 is removed and floated in a non- contact state with the bottom face of the caisson 1 and the supporting base part 21 surface at the transferred place and transferred to the given position.
