PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the opening and closing operation of an opening and closing lid by providing a discharge pipe including a valve at the lower part within a support frame secured to a palette at its lower part and an interior tank at its lower part and an interior tank at its upper part, and also providing an opening and closing lid detachably on an opening of the interior tank. SOLUTION: A plane view inverted U-shaped metallic support table 5 is fastened by welding or the like at substantially the central part of a square palette 1 formed of metallic material in order for the folks of a folklift to be inserted therein. Although an interior tank 12 having a square peripheral walls is supported on the support frame 5, a discharge pipe 14 provided with a valve 13 is set at the lower part of the interior tank main body 12a in a manner projecting in one direction. At the upper part of the interior tank 12a, an opening and closing lid 16 is furnished at the upper part of the interior tank main body 12a in order to open and close an opening part 12a. The opening and closing lid 16 is mounted detachably by permitting a plurality pieces of connection strips 18 provided on the lid 16 to be connected to a plurality of nieces of connection strips 15 provided on the opening part 12a through its rotation.
