PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make stable stacking-up in tiers possible by a method wherein a plurality of deaeration pores are provided at a packaging bag packaging granular contents, the deaeration pores are covered with tapelike films from the outside of the bag, and the films are stuck to the outside of the bag with some parts thereof being left unstuck between the deaeration pore and the outside air. SOLUTION: A bag main body 1 is formed with deaeration pores 3 provided continuously at least at one side of outer edges or at the inside of sealing parts 2 thereof, being in parallel with the outer edge or the sealing parts 2, and tapelike films 11 for covering the deaeration pores 3 are provided at the outside of the bag main body 1 and incursion of moisture through the deaeration pores 3 is prevented. The tapelike film 11 is stuck to the bag main body 1 with some parts thereof being left unstuck between the deaeration pore 3 and the outside air. The deaeration pores 3 are arranged so that at least three or more in the number are arranged in a straight line, and desirably provided at the inside of the outer edges of the bag main body 1 or provided at one position or more on a line, being distant by 10-80 mm from the inside of the sealing part, when the sealing part is formed.
