PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring/conveying apparatus capable of maintaining accuracy in a measuring mechanism by receiving dropping broken pieces of a commodity, refuse, etc., at a plane part of a casing to prevent them from dropping down to the measuring mechanism, moreover, easy for cleaning, sanitary, and simple in structure. SOLUTION: A measuring/conveying apparatus enables a commodity B to be conveyed after measurement by disposing a measuring mechanism 10 under a split-type commodity conveying conveyor 1 with a plurality of pusher belts 1a provided in parallel with one another, and arranging respective tray plates 11a of a split-type measuring tray 11 grounded on a tray receiving portion 13 of the measuring mechanism 10 among the pusher belts 1a. In this measuring/ conveying apparatus, a casing 2 having a plane part 2a under a conveying face of the conveyor 1 is disposed on the underside of the conveyor 1, and the measuring mechanism 10 is arranged in the casing. A plurality of through- holes 17 open into the plane part 2a, and support legs 14 of each tray plate 11a are caused to penetrate through the respective through-holes 17.
