PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking brake device having a crank shape parking brake bracket with a favorable press formability which can effectively restrain the deformation to an obliquely backside by ensuring a sufficient rigidity and the deterioration of whose material ins not generated. SOLUTION: This device has a base body plate 6a arranged along the car body right/left directions and a pair of right/left bent plates 6b, 6c bent toward the reverse direction mutually in the right/left both end places of this base body plate 6a and arranged along the car body front/rear directions respectively. Corners C1, C2 between the base body plate 6a and bent plates 6b, 6c are formed ion an arc shape section and also a crank shape parking brake bracket 6 made by changing gradually the curvature of these corners C1, C2 vertically is installed on a floor panel and the cable for parking brake in linkage to the brake mechanism of the wheel is attached engagingly to the base body plate 6a of the parking brake bracket 6.
