PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide seat layout structure for a welfare vehicle enabling a person on a wheelchair or the like to be seated on a driver's seat or a front passenger's seat from the wheelchair without a burden. SOLUTION: A second row seat 2 and a third row seat 3 are respectively divided in a plurality of seats in the same dividing position, and a doorway side seat 3b of the divided third row seat 3 is formed to be folded and housed in a luggage compartment 5. A seat back part 22 of a doorway side seat 2b of the divided second row seat 2 is formed to be tiltable forward and to be slidable backward into a normal position of the third row seat 3b in the housed state and also to be slidable forward. A first row driver's seat 1a and/or a front passenger's seat 1b is formed to be slidable to the side of a doorway, rotatable to face the doorway side and movable from that position into a lower position outside of the doorway.
