PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve defectiveness such as extremely low operation efficiency and low mobility due to each of conventional road sprinkler, water discharge vehicle and water supply vehicle being provided with only one exclusive function. SOLUTION: A working vehicle with a water storage tank is provided with a water storage tank 7, a pump 13, a draw hose joint 19, front and rear sprinkler nozzles 37, 49, a water discharge hose joint 21, a drinking water supply part with a water purifier 65 and a plurality of faucets 63, and a direction control cock 31. Backward watering is performed by gravitational watering, and water discharge, supply and forward watering are performed by force feeding by the pump 13. The working vehicle is usually used to perform required work such as watering a road or the like and water discharge in fire fighting activity while being able to immediately supply safe drinking water in case of the occurrence of a calamity, so that one vehicle can execute both usual work and emergency work to considerably improve operation efficiency.
