PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix a tire in a rim by bringing the radial outer surface of a filling ring into contact with a bead range in the radial direction in the axial range of an annular interior in a shape complementary manner. SOLUTION: A filling ring 12 is formed to be in contact with a bead range 6 in a shape complementary manner in the radial direction outside in the radial direction and in contact with an annular interior wall 20 inside in the radial direction in the shape complementary manner in the radial direction inside in the radial direction. The filling ring 12 is extended from the annular chamber wall 10 over the axial full length of the bead range 6 through an annular hole 24 outward in the axial direction. The filling ring 12 is axially extended to the axial position of the end face 26 of a rim projecting part.
