PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent development of a wrinkle at a master by obtaining a uniform nip pressure even in the case of obtaining no parallelism of a master set roller and a guide member according to an assembling error of a manufacturing stage. SOLUTION: A master set roller 40 is rotatably supported by a support member 36 via bearings 38. The bearings 38 are installed so as to be movable in approaching and separating directions of the roller 40 and a guide member 110 in a long hole 48 formed at the member 36, and a coiled spring 45 is set between the member 36 and the bearings 38.
