PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a decorative sheet of superior resistance to wear and resistance to solvents on its surface and soft gloss different from metal gloss and having masking layers of superior masking properties. SOLUTION: A decorative sheet is formed of a pattern layer 2 and a masking layer 3 containing at least a color pigment containing titanium mica coated partially with titanium oxide successively laminated in the above order on one face of a transparent or translucent base sheet 1 and gloss adjusting layers (a mat layer 4 and a gloss layer 5) formed on the other face.
