PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a segment being a concrete structure which has jointing metal fittings provided at jointing end faces and has a smooth internal surface. SOLUTION: A form 21 is constituted of a bottom plate 22 forming the inner peripheral surface of a segment, circular-arc-shaped side plates 23 provided at the opposite side parts of the bottom plate 22 and end plates 24 connecting the opposite ends of the side plates 23. Each of jointing metal fitting retaining mechanisms 31 is constituted of a guide metal fitting 33 fixed to a base plate 32 of a bottom part outside the end plate 24, an engaging metal fitting 34 held by the guide metal fitting 33 and a ball screw 36 driven into a screw hole formed in the engaging metal fitting 34. A jointing metal fitting 3 is disposed at a notch part 44 of a projecting part 43 formed in the end plate 44 and the engaging metal fitting 34 is slid by rotating the ball screw 35 so that an engagement retaining part of the engaging metal fitting 34 be inserted into an engaging space of the jointing metal fitting 3 and engaged therewith. Thereby the jointing metal fitting 3 is made retained by the end plate 24.
