PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with maintenance such as replacing a battery and save the space of an automatic electric power supply inputting device by providing a programming controller outputting a start signal and a CNC device capable of controlling to input power by the start signal. SOLUTION: An electric power supply OFF command signal of a programming controller 1 is output to set a relay B ON, and an external electric power supply OFF signal is input to a CNC device 2 to intercept power supply. Thereafter, it is judged whether the present time reaches a set start time or not, at reaching the start time, the electric power supply OFF command signal is made OFF, the relay B is made OFF, to intercept the external electric power supply OFF signal to the CNC device 2, simultaneously with it an electric power supply ON command signal is output from an electric power supply ON command terminal Y4 to make a relay C ON, an external electric power supply ON command signal is input to the CNC device 2, and the CNC power supply is input to start the CNC device 2.
