PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work fixing jig capable of actuating a clamp mechanism of a plural number of replaceable plates prepared to hold different works by a common cylinder for movement arranged on a holding base free to move and not requiring a large number of the cylinders for movement. SOLUTION: Cylinders 13 for movement to actuate clamp mechanisms 2 are installed on a holding base 4, and head ends of piston rods 13a projected frontward are connected to each other by connecting members 14. The clamp mechanisms 2 to hold a work W are arranged on replaceable plates 3 to be installed on the holding base 4, and when the replaceable plates 3 are installed on the holding base 4, surfaces 14a in the replaceable plate direction of the connecting members 14 and shaft members 2c of the clamp mechanisms 2 face against each other, and accordingly, it is possible to actuate the clamp mechanisms 2 when the cylinders 13 for movement are actuated.
