PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the die for sheet metal capable of easily replace a die/ punch holder and improving press working efficiency. SOLUTION: A die 1 is attachably/detachably mounted by stacking on the rear face of a die holder 2 and fastening a fastening ring 9 to a male screw 11 of the outer peripheral lower end of the die holder 2. A punch holder 5 is attachably/detachably mount on a punch 4 so as to be taken out and put in by horizontally placing on a holder support base 17 and fastening a fastening ring 23 to a male screw 25 of the outer peripheral upper end of the die holder 17.
