PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently treat harmful substances with ozone. SOLUTION: This equipment has such a structure that: a line 11 connected to a supply pump for supplying wastewater 1, is branched on its front end side into two branch lines and one of the branch lines on the front end side of the pipeline 11 is connected to a port 12a of a three-way valve 12 and the other is connected to a port 13a of a three-way valve 13; a line 14 connected to an ozone water supply device for supplying ozone water 2, is branched on its front end side into two branch lines and one of the branch lines on the front end side of the line 14 is connected to a port 12b of the three-way valve 12 and the other is connected to a port 13b of the three-way valve 13; one end side of a first adsorption pipe 15 charged with an adsorbent for adsorbing and retaining harmful substances in the wastewater 1 and ozone in the ozone water 2, is connected to a port 12c of the three-way valve 12 and one end side of a second adsorption pipe 16 having a similar structure to that of the first adsorption pipe 15, is connected to a port 13c of the three-way valve 13; and further, a line 17 connected to a delivery pump for delivering treated water, is branched on its rear end side into two branch lines and one of the branch lines on the rear end side of the pipeline 17 is connected to the other end side of the first adsorption pipe 15 and the other is connected to the other end side of the second adsorption pipe 16.
