PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a surface excellent in mirror surface properties by a method in which a thermal transferred printing layer is coated in advance with a top coat coating in an amount within a specified range and with the top coat coating. SOLUTION: A printing layer 3 is thermal transferred on a base material 1 such as an inorganic board such as a fiber reinforced cement board applicable to an interior finishing material, a kitchen wall, a bathroom wall, and others and a ceramic siding board applicable to an outer wall through a base coat 2 or directly. Next, a top coat coating is applied on the printing layer 3 in advance by a roll coater to be 1-5 g/m2 in coating amount to form a roll coater coating film 4. On the coating film 4, the top coat coating is applied to form a top coat 5. In this way, a surface excellent in mirror surface properties can be obtained without the generation of a coating film floating phenomenon.
