PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeding device capable of facilitating removal of jammed paper. SOLUTION: This paper feeding device is provided with the first paper feeding roller 35 conveying paper stored in the first paper feeding tray 31 and a movable operating knob 53 capable of moving in the axial direction of the first paper feeding roller 35, wherein the operating knob 53 involves a fitted body 47 capable of being fitted into the first paper feeding roller 35, and the fitted body 47 is fitted into the paper feeding roller 35, thereby delivering paper by means of the operation of the operating knob 53.
