PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation method of a Ziegler-Natta catalyst, specifically a catalyst comprising titanated magnesium chloride. SOLUTION: A preparation method of a Ziegler-Natta catalyst comprises; a reaction of an organic magnesium compound with a halogen-substituted compound to generate a crystalline halogenated magnesium which shows a strong diffraction line at a space between lattice planes within a range of 2.56-3.20Åin an X-ray spectrum; and conducting titanation to a halogenated magnesium by mixing the halogenated magnesium with a titanium compound, thereby the titanated halogenated magnesium shows a halo at the space between the lattice planes within the range of 2.56-3.30Åin an X-ray spectrum.
