PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber composition including an anti-reversing additive of a diene-based elastomer and a tris(maleinamic acid derivative)amine. SOLUTION: This objective rubber composition contains (A) at least one kind of a diene-based elastomer (e.g. a homopolymer and copolymer of a conjugated diene, a copolymer of the conjugated diene and a vinylaromatic monomer such as styrene,α-methyl styrene, etc.), and (B) about 0.5-about 10 phr tris(maleinamic acid derivative)amine shown by the formula (alkylene group is a 1-12C saturated hydrocarbon group; R' and R" are each H, a 1-6C alkyl or a halogen) [e.g. an adduct formed by reacting tris(2-aminoethyl)amine with maleic anhydride or citraconic anhydride, concretely tris(citraconamic acid methyl ester)amine, etc.].
