PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for discharging carbon dioxide into an ocean in an intermediate-layer dilution discharge system by which is capable of controlling the diameter of liq. drop of carbon dioxide discharged into the sea to dissolve the liq. drop in the intermediate layer of the sea. SOLUTION: In the device for discharging carbon dioxide into an ocean, while A discharge pipe pierced with many discharge holes is hung from a ship 3 sailing on the sea into the sea and moved, liq. carbon dioxide is introduced into the discharge pipe 4 and discharged into the sea from the discharge holes 5. In this case, the liq. carbon dioxide is discharged into the sea from the discharge holes 5 of the discharge pipe 4 so that the diameter of the liq. carbon dioxide formed when the liq. carbon dioxide is discharged into the sea is controlled to 10-15 mm. Consequently, the diameter of the discharge hole 5 of the discharge pipe 4 is adjusted to 3-10 mm, and the discharge rate of the liq. carbon dioxide is kept low. |
