PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health food comprising tablets or capsules which contains a mixture containing easily eatable rush powder having a mild taste and a high nutrition value. SOLUTION: This health food comprises tablets obtained by compressing and molding a mixture containing rush powder or capsules filled with the granules of the mixture containing the rush powder. When the mixture is a mixture comprising the rush powder and chlorella powder, the mixture comprises 40-50 wt.% of the rush powder and 45-55 wt.% of the chlorella powder. |
