PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat-cooling/heating appliance of compact structure. SOLUTION: This vehicular seat-cooling/heating appliance is provided with one or more heat pipes 11 provided in the surface area of a seat; a Peltier element 12 provided on one end side of the heat pipe 11; and a heater 13 provided on the other end side of the heat pipe 11. A dew point of cabin internal air is obtained on the basis of cabin internal temperature from a temperature sensor 16 and cabin internal humidity from a humidity sensor 17, and the operation of the Peltier element 12 is stopped when the seat temperature from a seat temperature sensor 14 is in a specified dew point area.
