PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suck and remove the foam layer flowing on the water surface of an aeration tank, etc. SOLUTION: A suction pipe 15 with its tip closed and a slit 16 provided in the side face is vertically connected to the suction pipeline 8 of a blower 9 at a height where the lower end of the slit 16 is sunk under the water surface of an aeration tank 3, and stabilized suction is performed even if the water surface is troubled. When a continuous foam layer 7 is formed around the suction pipe 15, the bubble layer 7 is drawn from the wide range on the water surface and sucked by the adhesion of the foam itself. When the foam layer 7 contains perishable suspended matter like a protein floss generated by the aeration of an aquatic animal rearing water, a bubble separator 11 is provided in the middle of the suction pipeline 8 to remove the foam, and the contamination of the blower 9 is prevented.
