PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove liners interposed for ensuring compressive allowance of mutual earthquake-resisting pipes without possibility of peeling of internal-surface lining layers, while rapidly reusing the liners without scattering in the pipes after removal when the earthquake-resisting pipes are laid by a pipe jacking method. SOLUTION: The liner 2 interposed between the front end of the inserting port of the propulsive pipe 1 and the interior end of a socket is formed in a block shape divided at equal angles in the circumferential direction, the block-shaped body is divided into three in the axial direction, a cross section in the axial direction of an intermediate piece 3 is formed in a trapezoidal shape, in which the pipe central side 3a is formed in a long side and a pipe external-surface side in a short side 3b, both side pieces 4, 4 holding the intermediate piece 3 are brought into contact with the above-mentioned trapezoidal oblique piece, the whole is formed in a rectangular cross section, and supporting brackets 5 extended in both side piece directions are installed to the long side 3a of the above-mentioned intermediate piece 3. Supporting shafts 6 disposed in upright to both side pieces 4, 4 are inserted into the supporting brackets 5, and elastic members 7 urging sections among the front ends 6a of the supporting shafts and the supporting brackets 5 under the opening condition are interposed to the supporting shafts 6.
