PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raising/lowering device preventing the fluctuation in the height of a link member, preventing the lock from being unlocked, and suppressing the vibration, if a load in the direction crossing at right angles with a link mechanism acts on the movable floor. SOLUTION: A central shaft member of a raising/lowering device is provided with a central cylinder body 19, an inside cylinder body 20 fixed to its both ends, and an outside cylinder body 21 arranged in its both sides and the inside and outside cylinder bodies each fix a first rod 9 and a second rod 10 of a link mechanism crossing with each other into an X-shape. A lock mechanism is formed of an inside disc 26 installed in the inside cylinder body 20, an outside disc 27 fixed to the outside cylinder body 21, and a pressure cylinder 28 stored in the central cylinder body 19. The inside and outside discs 26, 27 are formed into an engaging clutch state and lock or unlock the device by its attachment/ detachment.
