PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front hook type woman garment with cups, having excellent breast shaping and the excellent shape retainability and stability of the cups, and not deteriorating the wearing touch of the garment. SOLUTION: This woman garment with cups is provided with a pair of right and left cup portions 1L, R, semi-circular cup wire portions 21L, R sewed on the lower curved portions of the cup portions, back portions 3 connected to the side edge portions of the cup portions, front central cloths 7L, R whose base portions are sewed on the cup wire potions 21L, R, and a connection member whose both ends are sewed on the front central side lower portions of the cup wire portions and used for connecting a pair of the right and left cup portions to each other. The connection member comprises cantilever frames 8L, R sewed on the front central cloths 7L, R and a connection tool 9. Even in a worn state, the woman garment with cups can wholly gradually draw and lift breasts from the sides and from bust boundary (semi-circular outlines at the lower edges of breasts) to hold natural and beautiful breast lines.
