PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause grainy solid matter to flow out of a can easily accompanying the flow of drink, by forming the peripheral portion of a panel part into a tapering slant part, by making an angle formed by the slant part and panel part constant, also making a score line near the periphery of the panel part, and by disposing an opening piece on the same plane as the panel part. SOLUTION: In a can lid 1, a slant part 3 is extended out from the periphery of a panel part 2, also a peripheral grove 4 is formed on the periphery of the slant part 3, and also a flange part 5 is formed on the periphery of the peripheral groove 4. And the flange part 5 is rolled and fastened onto the open edge of a can drum 6, thereby fixing the can lid 1 on the can drum 6 firmly and forming a can body. Here, in part of the panel part 2 which is situated near the slant part 3, a score line 7 comprising of a main score line 7 on the outside and an auxiliary line 7b on the inside is made, and an opening piece 8 is disposed on the same plane as the panel part 2. Thus, grainy solid matter in the can is rolled along the slant part 3 accompany the flow of drink, caused to flow out of the can easily, and thus prevented from remaining between the peripheral groove 4 and score line 7.
