METHOD AND DEVICE FOR EJECTING INK TO BASE BODY AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for ejecting ink by using an electrostatic reaction force without ejecting ink from a nozzle by heating it or by using a piezoelectric device. SOLUTION: A metallic electrode 10 is formed in a hole section 6 provided to an insulation layer 5 and a ring-shaped conductive member 7 is provided to a top end of the hole section 6. A layer 9 of a porous member having a large hole that receives ink supplied from an ink reservoir layer 12 and exposes the ring-shaped conductive member 7 is provided to a top face of the insulation layer 5. A voltage is applied to the ink on the ring-shaped conductive member 7 and on the layer 9 of the porous member, then the ink is electrostatically introduced into the ring-shaped conductive member 7 and sequentially into the metallic electrode 10. Next, the voltage is inverted so that the ink is ejected from the hole section 6.
