PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated plate manufacturing method for removing easily flashes generated by the curing of a coating material coated on a film in the case of the coating method in which a coating material applied thereon is bonded with the base surface of a base with beveled peripheral edges and cured thereon is applied. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a coated plate provided with a base formed of a ceramic inorganic plate and having beveled peripheral edges and a top clear layer composed of ultraviolet curing resin coating material formed on the upper section of the base, an ultraviolet curing resin coating material is applied, if required, on the upper section of the base through a plurality of layers, and ultraviolet rays are emitted thereon to cure the ultraviolet curing resin coating material, and successively flashes on the top clear layer are removed by a flash removing tool 100 applying pressure on a boundary between the base surface and bevel sections formed on the peripheral edges of the base surface.
