PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate thermal influence to a turbine side and erosion on a condenser side. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a bypass valve device 1 controlling bypass steam amount from a main steam pipe 2, a branch pipe 11 for diving bypass steam for which a flow rate control is performed by the bypass valve device 1 into a plurality of flows and a plurality of steam pipes 12, 13 for leading bypass steam shunt by the branch pipe 11 to a pipe bundle upper part and a pipe bundle lower part of a condenser 4. Bypass steam is led to both of the upper part and lower part of the tube bundle of the condenser 4.
