PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof board effective to decrease impact sound generated from a heavyweight floor. SOLUTION: A soundproof board 11 is arranged between a floorboard selected from a group consisting of a wood floor panel and an inorganic floor slab for forming a floor face of a floor and a beam 10. The soundproof board 11 is formed of a rubber plate. The rubber plate is formed by vulcanizably molding unvulcanizeable rubber including a rubber component and a rubber blended material. The rubber component occupies 8 to 50 percent by weight of the unvulcanizeable rubber. The rubber component consists of at least one kind of rubber selected from a group consisting of isobutylene isoprene rubber, ethylene propylene terpolymer, acrylonitrile butadiene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, natural rubber, and derivative thereof, and polynorbornane rubber. The polynorbornane rubber occupies 15 to 85 percent by weight of the rubber component. By holding the soundproof board 11 between the floorboard and the beam 10, radiated sound generated from the floorboard can be suppressed when an impact is applied on the floorboard.
