PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a reduction in a blown-out air temperature in a front seat side caused by the shutting-off of blowing from a rear seat side face blowout port in a vehicle air conditioner capable of independently controlling blown- out air temperatures to the front seat and the rear seat. SOLUTION: A rear seat face blowout port is connected to a rear seat face opening 36, and a shut door for disconnecting air blowing-out from the rear seat face blowout port and a rear seat face shutting switch for outputting a signal according to the shut state of air blown-out from the rear seat face blowout port are provided. In a rear seat face blowout shut state, a rear seat air mixing door 34 is operated to a maximum cooling or heating position for cutting the communication of a rear seat cold air bypass passage 32 with a hot air passage 19 in the downstream of a heating heat exchanger 13.
