PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently exhibit the function of a vibration control device and to improve the vibration control effect even if the displacement of the building frame is small despite of the shearing deformation and bending deformation. SOLUTION: A multi-story wall 14 continuing across a plurality of floors is formed between opposite columns 12, 12. The multi-story wall 14 is fitted in a frame structure 18 constituted of the opposite columns 12, 12 and beams 16 erected between the opposite columns 12, 12 by providing appropriate intervalsδ1, (δ2). The frame structure 18 and the multi-story wall 14 are connected together via vibration control devices 20.
